About Us

One truck, a fryer, and a route. We buy off the boats at San Leon on a Tuesday and cook it before the week is out, which is the whole of our cleverness.

Danny drives and shucks. Ro runs the fryer and does the books, badly. There is no third person, which is why we sometimes close early and post about it.

We are not a restaurant and we are not trying to be one. If you want a tablecloth, we can recommend somewhere.
